Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

These terms apply to all users of TileQuote (“we”, “us”, “TileQuote”), including:

• Tile installation professionals (“Pros”) who create a TileQuote account to receive and manage quote requests from customers.
• Customers (“Customers”)who submit quote requests through a Pro’s TileQuote-powered page.

By checking the SMS consent box during account signup, you agree to receive text message notifications from TileQuote at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include:

• New quote request alerts from customers
• Account activity and platform notifications
• Billing and subscription reminders
• Service updates and feature announcements

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typically 1–10 messages per month.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation and no further texts. You can also manage notification preferences in your account settings.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

SMS consent is not a condition of using TileQuote. You may use the platform without opting in to SMS notifications by adjusting your settings after signup.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent is not a condition of receiving a quote. You may request a quote without opting in to SMS by contacting the service provider directly.

TileQuote collects information necessary to provide our quoting platform.

Information we collect from Pros:

• Name, business name, email address, and phone number
• Pricing configuration and service settings
• Billing information (processed securely by Stripe)

Information we collect from Customers:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Service address
• Project details and photos you upload

How we use your information: Customer information is shared only with the Pro whose quote form you submitted. We use it to deliver your quote, send notifications (email and SMS if you opted in), and improve our platform. Pro information is used to operate your account and process billing.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share phone numbers or personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention: Your data is retained as long as needed to provide services. You may request deletion by contacting us at support@tilequote.pro.

TileQuote is a quoting platform that enables tile installation professionals to receive and manage project quote requests from customers. We facilitate quotes and communications but are not a party to any contract between a Pro and their customer.

Quotes generated through our platform are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing is determined by the Pro.

Pros are responsible for the accuracy of their pricing configuration and for any commitments made to their customers.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
